These terms define the relationship between you and EduConsult. They cover our counselling services, your obligations, fees, and important legal disclaimers.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EduConsult website and our overseas education consultancy services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using our services on behalf of a minor or another person, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Our Services
EduConsult provides study abroad counselling, university shortlisting, application assistance, visa guidance, scholarship support, and related advisory services.
We act as an education consultancy and do not guarantee university admission, visa approval, or scholarship awards. Outcomes depend on your profile, institutional decisions, and government authorities.
Admission and visa decisions are made solely by universities and government authorities — EduConsult supports your application but cannot control final outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
To receive the best support, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information throughout the counselling process.
- Submit genuine academic documents, test scores, and identification records
- Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
- Attend scheduled counselling sessions or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
- Review all application materials before submission
- Comply with university, embassy, and immigration requirements in your destination country
Fees & Payments
Certain services may require payment of counselling fees, application processing fees, or third-party charges. All applicable fees will be communicated clearly before you commit to a service.
Fees paid to EduConsult are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. University application fees, visa fees, and other third-party charges are separate and non-refundable.
You will receive a clear fee breakdown before any payment is requested. Third-party charges are paid directly to universities, embassies, or other institutions.
Advisory Disclaimer
Information provided by EduConsult is for general guidance purposes. While we strive for accuracy, immigration rules, university requirements, and scholarship criteria change frequently.
You are responsible for verifying final requirements with universities, embassies, and official government sources. EduConsult is not liable for decisions made based on outdated or incomplete information beyond our control.
Always confirm deadlines, document requirements, and eligibility criteria on official university and government websites before submitting applications.
Intellectual Property
All content on the EduConsult website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by EduConsult or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduConsult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
